Shipping policy

 

Orders are made to order. Production begins once the necessary materials arrive, which may affect processing times. Because each item is created specifically for your order, processing times can vary depending on material availability and order volume.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by material suppliers, USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
